Who uses it
Finance Sync is a personal tool. Its only user is its owner, Johnpremkumar Srinivasan.
What it reads
With the owner's consent, Finance Sync reads messages in the owner's own Gmail account. It uses the read-only Gmail permission. It cannot send, change or delete email.
What it does with the data
It finds bank and credit-card messages and takes out dates, amounts and transactions. The owner uses this to plan his own payments and budget. The owner may use an AI assistant on his own computer to analyse this data for himself.
Where the data goes
The data stays on the owner's own computer. Finance Sync does not sell it, share it, use it for ads or give it to anyone else. It is not used to train general AI models.
How to stop it
The owner can remove access at any time in his Google account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and delete the local data.
Google API data
Finance Sync's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
